The pond skim to down box at West coast sessions was so fun last year, this looks like another cool take on the idea.

Cant wait to see the footy of kids who come off early.

.... Everything is a liability issue. This will work out fine. They do a contest every year at a bike festival where you cross a pond on a floating skinny. Same style setup and it wiggles a bit but it works otherwise. I wonder how close those floaties are to the box... that could be a problem.

NExt generation of this should include a wave machine and taller box. Hit a wave to pop up to box, then box will be bobbing up and down to allow for casual switch up bouncing.
