Got the the twalls, they were squishing my feet so after two weeks of pain i got them punched out a bit. Before the lift i had good performance just a lot of pain. Now I have heel lift and I can max my buckles out and still have movement inside my boot. Is there anything I can do?

Did you go to a bootfitter or did you just buy fulltilts?

i was at a bootfitter, I had a full tilt classic before and got it worked on by my buddy whos a bootfitter. They were modified to the max. Best boot ive ever had. Used them for 4 seasons. These ones were pretty good for park usage even when i first bought them but squished my feet just a little when I walked in them but Im a ski instructor and have to walk in my boots a lot so I had to try and eliminate the pain. Now I have no pain but theyre sloppy and max out easily on the buckles. I take it the guy who blew my boots out went too far and now I have too much room.

How long did you wear the TW's before you took them back to get punched out? I have the 2012 TW's and it took me about 10 days (most of which were half days) and 3 heat moldings to get them to stop hurting my calves.

It sounds like there is too much volume in height for you now. Do you have any kind of footbed? If nothing else try putting an old stock insole under your liner in the shell. It will take up volume and raise your foot putting it in a better position to flex the boot.

did you get new boots because you packed out your old liner, or was there a shell issue? if your old shell is still fine, i would go back to that (if it fit you that well and these dont) and put the new liners in them.

my full tilts were slightly uncomfortable until I got them heat molded. Maybe try baking them again?

the should have been pretty uncomfortable until they were molded...
i wouldnt remold if there is too much space, because that will only make more room

a little of both, mostly the liners were shot, but the toe piece was worn down enough so that i was starting to see a little movement in my bindings. I went to my boot fitter today and he put a bunch of shims in there. he put some above my heal around the indents in my achilles and he put like a millimeter lift underneath my foot. Also he put some foam above my toes on both boots. Felt better for sure. I have to work ski school tomorrow again so We'll see how it works and go from there.
