Glidecam quick question

Just bought an HD-1000 stoked as fk....

Now what are the accesories I need?
I heard a quick adaptor was needed or something...

I find that some kind of strap to hold the glidecam is helpful. I use it alot with towropes

unless you use a different system. if you want the above, you may want to consider this, as it is compatible (as in it is a copy of the one posted above), but read the reviews and see if it is worth it for you

I've had my Glidecam hd 1000 for about 5 months now and still don't have a quick release plate. It docents really bother me that much at all. I'd say get to know the thing a little better and then go from there.

I like the Giottos quick releases. Just as good as manfrottos but $30 vs $50. If you spend $300+ on a hd1000 you might as well get a quick release for $30.

Because I bought the quick release with the long plate comming with it and I have to adjust the plate every time I use the glidecam wich isn't what i'm loocking for on a Quick release.
