been on like 25 ski trips with her, i usually ski with ther in the morning and meet for lunch. she understands she can only do groomers and I want to go into the backcountry

Honestly, I thought I had it figured out. I went up the hiking trail off Supreme on skier's right, and then once I reached the sidestep part I just kept going, and wandering over these ridges and valleys. I knew I was so close to Chad's, i just couldn't pinpoint the exact ridge it's off of. Did I go the right way?
