at the start when victor rapes the asian chick in vietnam.......if she falls pregnant and has the kid she would have victors mutant powers right?

fast forward to X2 and there is the asian chick with the same kinda powers as wolverine. so could the asian chick be the offspring of victor and the rape victim?
