I liked that they focused more on small and technical rails with a load of different options. Everybody is more or less doing the same tricks on jumps these days, so it's sick to see some of the stylier and more rail savvy guys throwing down sick runs.

Oh and btw I'm usually a Bobby Brown fan

I think the most pathetic thing about kids like you is that I'm sure you actually care about how many pages a thread gets.

I think idiots like yourself would learn by now that going on a SKI WEBSITE in the forum titled SKI GABBER might give away results at the Xtreme Games. I don't feel sorry for people that are stupid.

The only thing that matters is McRae. He is/was the most overlooked ripper for the longest time and now his work is paying off! YEEAAAAAA BUDDAHH!

I am just going to throw this one out:

How did Mcrae score 94.33 on his 2nd run, when Wallisch was 86?

The only thing Mcrae did better was the last rail. Why the f does he get 8.33 more points than Wallisch?

No i am not the typical Wallisch fan, but the scores in this sport are so random, or am i missing something?

Jossi deserved #1 by the way.

Deserved it, that run was pretty flawless. The only thing that was slightly sloppy was his switch butter. Started it too early so it kind of looked like a revert but was still super smooth.

DANG! congrats mcrae, worked his ass off for that win.
as far as the competition, if everyone is doing the same jump tricks (ie doubles with grabs) it boils down to who isnt doing boot grind to future spin. presses and butters are extremely difficult to do repetitvely, near impossible. like the first trick was nose butter4, instead of 2 cuz you can just disaster dink... the butters were pretty on point, the reason the switch butter looked weird is cuz he reversed the direction in which he was going.

No i am just going to say it:
Bullsh*t.

The rail section was even, i don't get it how he could score that much higher on butters (?!)
Wallisch was better on the jumps, first jump double. Then his mirror left/right sw 1080 was also better than Mcrae.

At this point Wallisch should be in the lead. And Mcrae could at best even it out at the last feature.

On which (In my eyes) he beat Tom by an inch, max.

But no, butters was prob the shiet.

Judging is terrible in slopestyle, always has, always will. Time to set some standards so someone wont get robbed at Olympics.

I still cant agree with you here, McRae pulled off a more technical rail section combining reverts and butters yet still was as clean as you possibly can be. To say that the judges have a thing for butters is bullshit, we've been waiting for years for them to recognize the style in skiing, and not just judge how hard the jump jocks can throw down. This year Henrik has showed the judges this, and now they recognize it as a difficult and stylish trick. Sure, he didn't throw a very difficult trick on the first jump, but his landings were perfect. I'm still not sure what Tom has on him here.

That's my thoughts anyways, and by no means do we have to agree. It's the variety of styles and ideas that make our sport so great.
