How do I get the cork 7 rotation on a trampoline?

I can do a cork 3 ( somewhat like this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YluIRf-aSoQ) a sideflip, backflip, and a frontflip but I just don't understand how to get the rotation of a cork 7 like this person. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j8ZokAgbvsE)

hmm thats weird that you can cork 3 and cant cork 7, cork 3's are generally harder, the way i do mine is almost like a misty where instead of throwing my upper body down and across to my opposite foot, i throw it to the side across my waist but not down as much, this causes me to not flip down but rather spin just a little off axis, it's tricky to explain but i found that that method of jumping on my back never worked and one day i went to throw a misty and corked because i didnt throw down as much, how do you do cork three's though? ive been wanting to learn

well first thing your gonna wanna do is summon satan is a demonic ritual, then once said deed is done convince him to give you the ability to do a cork 7 in exchange for your soul. works every time.

just dip your shoulder a little bit and lean back slightly while doing the 1st 3 then the second 360 should come around pretty naturally. At first it might be more inverted than you would like but once you have the rotation down it's not hard to flatten it out.

start doing airplanes on your tramp (jumping up, doing a 180 on your back in the air so you're coming down to your stomach and rapping it around to land on your back)

Keep doing these until you perfect it, this is how you should set a cork sev. Then when you feel comfortable jump a bit higher and don't stop your rotation. Keep going with it and don't spot your landing until the end.

Post in ski gabber next time though

I set up like I'm throwing a regular 7, then when i get between 180 and 270 I drop my shoulder/head back. The hardest part is committing and letting your body follow the rotation your head/shoulders has set. It will definitely feel awkward at first, but after a couple tries you'll understand. Just commit and try to stay on the tramp

trick progression...

1. backdrop

2. Airplane (backdrop with a 360). this one is 100% key. Be able to do them massive and small and all sizes in between. Be able to do it "flat back" without bringing your knees up

3. Airplane and then at the end (when you are facing directly upright) bring your knees up and over to one side of your chest your chest (towards your leading shoulder). This is that mikes you go from horizontal back to upright with a cork.

4. Do step 3, but go a little bigger with it. it will bring you right around to a cork 7. Pick your head up at the end and look forward at the landing and whats in front of you

honestly i thought it was impossible to do such a trick. then one day i was telling a friend i cant do them and he said act like your doing a back flip, but instead of looking straight back look over your shoulder. it sounds to easy to be true but that all the advice i needed to do cork 7s just look over that shoulder

best way to learn. this is how i did it.

just learn a cork 3 to your back and once you can do em eaisly learn a 7 to your back. once you have that do the same trick but drop your feet after a 3 and you will wrap around on the 2nd 3.

they way i like to do them is to really emphasize the twist on your torso. right when you jump throw your torso to the left(/right) harder than you would expect to, and drop your shoulder. at first it feels almost like youre throwing chest down into the trampoline. then just keep the rotation going, spot your landing, open up, yay c:
