What I didn't like.
Too dark, but damn that room was not well lit for a wedding. Tough to deal with.
No wedding video should ever have kissing prior to 'THE KISS', so by that nature, It just doesn't work for most contemporary crowds that take that part of a wedding super seriously. These guys might have been more cool with it though, since she was ultra eager to just go crazy on him or so it seemed (which is sweet in it's own right)
Same goes for seeing the bride in her dress prior to the wedding, but eh. Those are just superstitions that need to be accounted for for some crowds. I guess on those two parts I'm just preaching to a 'traditional' sense. This was definitely not super traditional - which is rad by that measure.
Sound was good, but it looked unsynced? I'll go ahead and blame the internets.
Shot from behind the wedding was too low and was mostly obstructed by the pastor (or whatever you want to call it) during the vows sequence. If it was high and above the wedding, that would have worked better (though, much harder to place, no doubt).
Photographer got in the way during the vows. Not your fault, but Distraction none-the-less.
Maybe not enough shots of the families? but then again, it was the wedding short. Those don't usually highlight the families unless there are old people crying, super emotional, etc..
What I liked:
Circle around during 'THE KISS' and during other parts was badass. Showed everything happening and a gave a great sense of space.
Great shots overall. Interesting angles and good camera movement
Loved the shots of the reception (again too dark, but again not your fault with that room. damn indoor weddings and their shitty lighting situations)
Ending shot was awesome.
Music was very well chosen.
Ultimately, I thought it was great, and if I had a wedding, this is how I'd like it to be shot for the most part. Bravo.
