heading up to louise this weekend and i havnt skied there in a long time and i was wondering if somone could tell me the best spots for pow and fun terrain on the back side. K+ for help.
Well Luckily Louise is pretty easy to figure out. I highly recommend heading up to the summit platter first thing. If backside isn't open head down the front for a couple quick laps. If/when its open whitehorn 1/2 should be great. Basically a big bowl is if you drop straight away off the platter or anything to the right. and more chutes to the left.
If visibility is complete shit then heading up the Gondy and dropping the trees back off that are a lot of fun as well as the trees off of larch. Lots of cliffs to find and huck. Er3 will be closed for a big mountain comp tomorrow but Er 7 and Er6 should be open both of those are great runs. Off paradise chair just go right and the Run is called fallen angel. Pretty steep but nothing to bad in there super fun! Anyways should be a good time its puking in town right now!
