So I'm looking for a wider ski that will shred all mountain and I've narrowed it down to either the Line Blend or SFB. This past season I really didn't hit the park that much and stayed mostly on groomers with a little backcountry thrown in the mix. I'm 5'6, 165 lbs, an intermediate/advanced skier, and skiing mostly in Ontario and Quebec. Anyone have any experience with these skis that could help me make a decision?
Both are super playful. IMO Blends are more fun in the park. Bacons will give you a little more float with the extra width. At your height, I'd proboably go with the 178's.
Thanks for the replies. A pair of 178 Bacons just happens to be on sale a shop between home and work. I might just be able to rip a few laps this weekend.
