The best natural highs

For me the best highs are, in order:
1. Laying down in bed when you havent slept in forever
2. Quenching your thirst when you are incredibly thirsty.
3. Jumping in a pool when you are hot.
4. Warming up when you are cold
5. Sex
6. Eating when you are really hungry.
7. Pissing when you have to go really bad
8. Dumping when you have explosive diarrea

The order is up to discussion but i think this is a good starting point

Taking a long awaiteddump on your home throne.

Cheese

Reunions with friends that have been gone for a while.

Being complimented in general.

And last but not least, getting behing the wheel of my dream car everyday! (soon to be true for me!)

they're the best natural highs because they instinctual needs for your body. anything that involves giving your body something it needs to survive when it hasnt had it for a while is fucking awesome. when you're not thirsty water taste like shit but after running a marathon god its fuckin better than any drink. sex when you're horny etc

Take a sauna for an hour in heat ranging from 160 to 200 farenheit. You will be very sweaty at this point. Immediatley after exiting the sauna, turn your shower to the coldest temperature. Best feeling ever going from boiling hot to icy cold.

I call it pressing ctrl + alt + delete for your body. Most refreshing feeling, natural high ever felt

I was on top of the world when I finished my Spartan Race. Unbelievable euphoria.

Also, the last time I ate a Chipotle burrito I was hungover, exhausted, and hadn't eaten breakfast but had been awake for four hours. I was in a daze after that - so good.
