Help with downloading Nuketown 2025

I got black ops 2 for Xbox 360 and there was a slip for the activation code to download Nuketown 2025. I put the code in and it kept saying Download Pending. I clicked start download and the same thing kept popping up so i canceled it. I couldn't find it anywhere and I tried putting the code in again but it didn't work. PLEASE HELP ME! k+ for any help

no, got it at kmart. The first time I put the code in it came up but it wouldn't download
