Okay so im a senior and its my first year running track. I used to play baseball for our highschool so I could never do track. But basically i was the fastest kid on our team and I got asked to run track by the track coach because he found out I was fast some how so right now im working on filling a spot in our schools 4x100 team who I think won states last year and three of the four are returning (2 seniors, 1 junior, and then hopefully me). Bottom line, I need spikes this week because we are learning to run out of blocks. But I have no clue what to look for in spikes so help me out pretty please:)
