RAMP skis?

This is a thread to start discussion on RAMP skis and what you guys are thinking, I have the Corks and they literally snapped through the core about 8 inches in from the tail. I have ridden them like 6 times and then they snap. This is bullcrap!
have any of you have had problems with them?

Yeah assistant director of patrol at where I work blew up a pair of ramp skis the very first run he took them on. Then another patroler snapped the whole ski in half after 15 days. Ramp has some serious work to do. I demoed the corks and I was very unimpressed as well.

they are cramp. but made in park city so thats a plus.

I'm on this year's Corks (2013) and have been riding them hard since January with no issue. Actually, I'm really impressed with how well they're holding their shape and pop. Definitely get a hold of them, it's a small company and they're all really chill people.

I have been riding on the cork for a while now, and i haven't had a single problem. I am just curious to know if you are on last years corks? I know that those where lacking a lot in the durability aspect of the ski, but this season they are a completely different ski. Sounds to me like you might have tried to save a few bucks and bought last seasons which were not even comparable to there latest product.

yeah i have been riding last seasons corks, kinda sucks how they snapped at the tail, since it was "rail damge" they didnt replace it, but the fact is that i came off funky and they flexed adn snapped. But I do have a discount to there, like 40% off, should I give them a second chance on their new corks??
