Replying to Straining too hard
I was at the gym last night doing pretty heavy barbell curls (155) heaviest i've gone before I managed to get 6 reps out, on the last one i was just dieing so when i dropped the weight all the sudden i got this instant really bad headache for about 20 seconds then it went down to just a mild one. Now it's a day later but my head still feels heavy, has anyone had this happen to them before?
