For this to work, your friend has to put his ski poles under his leg while riding the chair, and you need someone to distract them somehow.

Bring some bailing wire and connect his pole strap or pole to the frame of the chair. When he tries to get the poles out from under his legs he won't be able to. If he waits until the last second to try an pull them out, he will end up riding around the bull wheel leveraged out on the end of his poles.

My pole strap got pinched somehow and this actually happened to me. Rode around the bull wheel perched out on the end of my poles, until I fell off to one side and got body slammed. My friends were pissing themselves.

I grant you that this will be tough to pull off, but if you get it right, it will be worth it for the lols.
