Ebay Ski Pants?

My friend recommended that I look on Ebay for ski pants, and this is what I came across.

It seems a little to good to be true (15k waterproofing, 2L construction, Cheap price...)

For all I know the quality could be awful, but has anyone had any experience with things like this before?

Not too stylish, but if it lives up to the claimed specs the price is certainly right.

Well, the majority of the "real" ski equipment we buy is made in China. You could try them if you really want, they have a 14 day return policy. Although, if you choose to return it, you'll loose ~$40 on shipping. It definitely looks like something you would find at Walmart though haha.

You can find very nice Oakley pants for about $30 more if you browse the online outlets. I have a pair of T-Halls pants from last year I bought for $110 shipped in XL. I'd go with something like that since you can warranty and such, and Oakley's quality is massively underrated.

I went ahead and took the risk with these. As expected, quality isn't great, but for having fun at my local indoor (UK), they do the job and look ok.

Should have gone to the Army/Navy Surplus store, where camo is a way of life and you can never have too many fantasy pocket knives or airsoft assault rifles.
