GoPro cropping help

Hey so i have some video shot off of a 7D and some video from a go pro hero 2 as well. The go pro footage is fullscreen and not as widescreen as the 7D footy. How do I crop the go pro in final cut pro x to make it the same size as the 7d?

Nevermind I didn't see that in the op. I haven't used Final Cut much so I don't think I can help.

ahh thanks. if there is a way to do it not in fcp that would work.
