Started out the season with Saga and Trew. Saga failed to impress right off the bat. Trew showed it's weakness after about 20 days.

I knew about Homeschool, but I was looking for a "ski" brand.

The I put my mitts on Homeschool Baker series 3.5L. Holy shit this stuff is BOMBER. Waterproof as fuck, and breathes great. Great freeride fit, and the collar/hood covers your face just that extra bit for those extra shitty lift rides.

Plus....it's manufactured in Thailand by Lady Boys so you know it has to be good.

Looks pretty impressive. Not sure if I would buy it, but not because it in any way is unappealing

I've gotten to handle a bunch of this outerwear this season (I work in the returns dept. of a retailer) and I have been thoroughly impressed with Homeschool. Quality feeling fabric, put together well, and looks good.

And I have never taken anything back from them that had a problem. Everything has been size related.

What "weaknesses" did you see with trew? I have a bellows, bibs, and an anorak and have had great luck with them for the past 2 seasons.

Bubbling seams, weak stitching, and the newer fabric doesn't feel as bomber as their first year stuff. Many people have also complained that the "superfabric" is not as super as it used to be.
