PP- Recovering a Saved File?

Hey, I've ran into a problem. I saved a file to my flashdrive(Mistake 1), and not my computer. Turns out this dumb ass end up losing his flash drive, either it was stolen or I just lost it in general, so I have saved the power point but I was saved in a different driver. I was wondering if I could recover it.

By the way it's not in my temporary files. I'm probably shit out of luck, but maybe there's hope.
