im having trouble uploading video to my mac and i cant quite figure it out. i know that there is a plug that came in the box to connect the camera to the computer but that doesnt seem to work. +K FOR HELP

Buy a SD card reader. Place card into reader. Place into computer. Copy over files.

Does your computer have a slot for SD cards? If it does you can just take the card out of the computer and put it in there, which is much easier. If it doesn't you can use the usb cable that comes with the camera (plug it into the side of the camera and then the usb port on your computer).

you have to turn on your camera when you plug it in...
