Pro model skis and ski's per year

Tom Wallisch scott jibs the same exact ski that are in shops or are his skis build better and more stronger? I think they are the same but my dad does not believe me bc i have went thru 2 skis already this year and im not that good. could i be skiing wrong or somthing? How many skis do you guys go through? I cant believe i have already broke these

They are the same skis but if he breaks a pair scott gives him another pair for free

they just give him a new pair when his get fucked up. im pretty sure they are the same skis, and he just goes through a few pairs each year

i try and make mine last at least 2. saying that, i beat the shit out of my skis so i really wish i got a new pair each year

Im not sure how it works for the very top level of athletes, but my friend is on the lower end of burton sponsorships, and they give him 5 boards and tell him that if he goes through them all, he has to buy the 6th

I go though a ski every about two seasons, but I pay for them myself so I try and make them last longer.

Yeah, most top tier pro's don't ski an exact factory production model. Here's Barnhill himself building a custom pipe ski for David Wise:



That video is also terribly made. The interview is super awkward; Cody does a stellar job of fighting through it though, and they spelled 4FRNT completely wrong...
