Police repeatedly pull over and question David Lesh about "Last Friday"- VIDEO
You don't know how old some of these conversations are. They could have been shortly after Last Friday all the way up till recently but weren't put together and posted until now. Or maybe the police weren't aware of the video right away and have only recently been exposed to it.
God I hate cops that can't act with some decency. Lesh was being calm and collected, and this officer is swearing and acting very unprofessionally. They should really give cops more training these days. I can't stand most of them anymore. It doesn't matter how co-operative you are, especially with the younger generation.
I agree with the customer service of FD. I ordered a v3 jacket and pants when they were super cheap not long ago. But I ordered different color of jacket (camo green) and grey pants. And when they showed up they just threw in some matching grey sleeves for free. I don't think I'll ever put on grey sleeves I just thought it was cool they did that. I will say they're pants fit waaaaay effin big though like waist wise. I got XLs and they must be like 40 waist lol.
Assuming this is a legitimate video (which I presume it is) the cops overstepped their rights.
They stopped Lesh for driving the car seen in the FD Wear 'Last Friday' video. Although this car is seen in the video, that does not constitute a traffic stop. According to Terry v. Ohio, a traffic stop must be accompanied by reasonable suspicion that a crime has been committed or is about to be committed. Deleware v. Prouse similarly states that police cannot pull over people merely to check their license and registration. I'm sure they'll argue that they have an ongoing investigation and the car was seen in the video in which vandalism was committed, but clearly they do not have evidence which must be present in order for there to be reasonable suspicion. It's the same way a cop cannot pull you over because someone showed them a picture of you smoking weed, they need to have tangible evidence.
Actually, the way he worded it he said that the person in question wears FD because they’re dumb, not that he’d dumb because he wears FD......if you really want to split hairs.
