Replying to Underage drinking on survallience cameras

To start off, I live in Washington State.
Basically this girl had about 10 people over to her house when her parents went out of town. Her dad is a ex cop or detective and had a few survallience cameras at the house. 2 of which are inside. She tilted up the main camera which was where people were drinking so instead it looked into the kitchen. Parents come home and watch the footage and see a few of my buddies in the kitchen with beers. We receive a text from her saying that her dad is going to talk to the prosecuting attorney and were all going to get in trouble with minor in consumptions. She of course ratted out everyone's names to her dad to try and cover her ass from getting in trouble. Just wondering if anyone had this experience and can comment or knows the law better than I do? (Cause I don't know where this falls under)
