for rail jams? Jeff Kiesel can't remember the last time he lost and since he won War of the Rails and Rails to Riches (multiple times), both different kinds of rail jams, the theory of him being the best holds some weight.

Hell we all know the fellow soul-less creature of the night sucks balls at slope so I think it's fair we can let him have this title.
