The law states that if you are in a public area, you can be photographed without permission and that photo can be used without your consent as long as the photo is not used in a slanderous way. Also, these photos can be sold without your permission, (most companies require model releases though), or distributed for editorial purposes.
I assume that if you were photographed at their mountain, on private property, the same rules apply to the mountain's management.
tl;dr: You probably don't have any leverage.
