Extremely loud and incredibly close

Has anyone else seen this movie? I just watched it and looked up its reviews and noticed it got horrible ratings despite being a nomanie for best picture last year. I thought it was an amazing film. Plus if you dont cry at least a little bit during this movie, you have no soul

I read the book a couple years ago before i knew there was a movie coming out about it *insert picture of hipster cat here* I didnt really like the book. It was kinda horrible.

i liked the book, it was weird and the kid is autistic (i think) and gives a different perspective at how he views the world. haven't seen the movie, but think the book is worth reading

The kid is autistic, thats a huge part of the movie, its why he acts the way he does, thats one of the reasons its so good, you have to understand autism to understand the movie

I love those videos funny stuff. There was this one where this guy just drops a surprise load of cum on this chicks head as she's blowing this guy, totally out of the blue and she flips out about how the cum is hard to get out of hair and starts hitting the guy. I think it's funny that the critics thought extremely loud and incredibly close was too melodramatic but then raved about war horse.

I thought extremely loud and incredibly close was good but after seeing all the negative reviews I think maybe if I saw it again I wouldn't like it.

Yeah, read the book, didn't know how I felt about it. Kind of liked it, kind of different, thought I might have been moved by it just because it's about a kid whose dad died in 9/11 and who wouldn't be moved by that? The book is definitely better than the movie.

Maybe the movie is different than the book, but he didn't come off in the book as autistic at all.
