Delaminating

Hey NS so i have a pair of old salomon pro pipes and the lamination on the top is pealing off every where especially on the tail where half of it is hanging off. I was just wondering if i should just rip it off as, as far as i can see it wont do any damage to the ski or if i should try epoxying it.

But, if its just like the clear layer on top and you can't see wood, I think you'll be fine.
