Looking for editing tips/advice

Whats up guys, I've been doing a lot more skiing/filming this year than I have in the past so Ive actually been able to get some decent footage. I never really put much thought or work into editing stuff before but this year I have been able to compile enough footage to put together a couple edits. Here is a short one I just put together this week. Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated:
