Keep your upper-body relaxed, and focus on not raising them. When you hop onto the rail try to keep your arms low and kinda like a gorilla. If that doesnt work, bring some 5 lb weights and carry them. That for sure should keep them down haha. Good Luck dude!
punch yourself right in the dick before you hit the rail, then ur hands are on ur nuts and ur not even thinking about the rail and therefore makes it look like you dont even give a fuck about skiing. It gets you bitches
But really I find the best thing is just to go on with a nice relaxed stance. Look at where you want to land on the rail and then look at the end of the rail not at your boots/skis this will help you keep balanced and reduce the likeliness of your arms going all over the place.
use your core for balance not your arms and focus on proper leg position to increase balance and reduce the need for your arms to compensate for said balance loss.
Im not one to talk because i still have a problem with that...but i just try to bend my knees a little when im going on and when i am on. practice the rail until you can just do it by instinct, and then start to focus more on where your arms are
But seriously just hit more rails, style is a reflection of how comfortable you are on skis, and how good your balance is. When you first try and balance standing on one foot you're gonna be wobbling around and waving your arms, but after a while if you practice and your balance improves you can stay steady and keep your arms by your side, skiing rails is the same.
