Rode video mic setting

I just got a new rode video mic pro with dead cat and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for what settings i should put it on if i am doing follow cam for skiing.

There's like 3 fucking settings. Just try each of them and see what works/sounds the best for you.

haha basically, in my opinion some of the sounds are a little louder than normal with it but that takes literally 3 seconds to fix when youre editing.
