3d logo?

I'm trying to make my 2d logo 3d and then give it animation in after effects, what program should I use and how should i do it? +K for helpful responses.

Pretty common to start with a illustrator file and merge that file in cinema 4d. You can then animate in c4d as you please.

Google illustrator to cinema 4d and you will find a ton of resources.

It all depends on the programs you have access to. 3ds Max is my personal favorite. You can try the demo free at autodesk.com

To make a basic logo logo 3d I would simply import your logo as a vector to 3ds max, then play around with a bevel modifier to get the effect you like. save it as an exr (or whatever) and import to after effected!

Run a google or youtube search for "3ds Max logo tutorial" I'm sure it will come up with something useful than I can provide!
