i just started it.... only a couple episodes in. Needed a new series to watch. Anyone else seen it or recommend it?

I've seen the whole series. I would say that it is fun, and nails a lot of stereotypes while also being truthful about a lot of stuff. Probably the most accurate part is the portrayal of inner and inter fraternity/sorority politics. Not one of the greatest shows ever, but if you're bored and have already seen better shows like mad men, breaking bad, the wire, or the west wing, it's worth a watch.
