This might be a repost but I wanted a place for people to post urban rails or spots in general in the Bangor area. I Know of two.
There's a good rail next to reedsbrook middle school in Hamden
And my friend told me there was a huge rail with a drop next to it(great for a tranny) of second street near a bank I think.
So yah post other spots and pics of spots go...
i live in bangor and can tell you that after years of scoping, the rail selection is limited. a few high risk ones and some gnarly kinks/ steep as all hell down rails if thats what you are into..
well then there is a sketchy 2 or 3 kink across from the library kinda behind Diamonds, that is also a bit of a C rail but with no real rhyme or reason.
Over by the waterfront, if you were to stand where the stage is for concerts and look to your right, there is a good size hill (where the portapoties are during concerts) and there is a long mellow down rail but it starts and ends really close to some bushes/a tree.
One that ive wanted to hit was the steep down rail in the parking lot across from the public library that faces panda garden and the bank over there. Not sure what the rail is like but the set up is mint because you could get towed or pushed across the parking lot and you are good to go.
^ i've scoped that down rail at the waterfront. Doesn't look too terrible. But theres a surprising number of doable urban in ellsworth if bangor area people are trying to make the ride down (even a 40-45ft mellow down C..at a bank though).
