Replying to Line Mastermind with Rossi Axium binding??

Lick:
I am looking into getting some skis for next season and I can get a really good deal on some tomorrow. I can get the 2013 Line Masterminds with Rossi Axium bindings for a total of $300 (all new).
I have never skied on lines before, and I have heard that they can be kind of poorly built.
I know that they are pretty soft, and I ski mostly in the mid west.. I also do 90% park, so this is fine for me.
I have k2 silencers right now which weigh a ton.
I could also get some k2s tomorrow for the same price, but I can't rememner what model.
How are the masterminds?
Will they be good for me?
Also, how are the bindings for park?
I am 6' 0" and weigh 130 and am intermediate to advanced.
