i love the modern feel. sharp angles and lots of glass is what gives me that architecture boner.
incorporating some stone/wood in there balances it out a bit

I hate this so much, don't get the appeal of those sharp glassy modern homes. they have no personality, no warmth and no charm at all.

About 1500 sq feet, at the base of a hill with minimum 20 acres with good soil for growing food, a year around stream for drinking and a small hydro generator fir electricity, outbuildings for storing crap and project, a killer view, no neighbors and a salmon/stealhead spawning river close by,
