you don't need to say the letters out loud you just need to stare into the middle, and its pretty cool. I remember an iphone app similar to this, you just stare into the centre for a bit and after everything else looks wavy

Sometimes after I've spent half an hour or more mowing a lawn, I look at the clouds and everything looks like it's moving forward or collapsing in on one point. Probably because when you mow your eyes are constantly moving forwards, and the ground is moving towards you
