As I coasted behind a car at a red light, a teen, with short brown hair, sporting hoodie j-walked infront of my 93' Corolla. When he Nonchalantly passed, I casually released the clutch and gassed the engine. Just as he made the median strip between the two lanes he took off, running into the opposit traffic, glanced to the right, and was clipped by a speeding dark blue car which sent him flying in the air. Screeching to a hault the car stoped and a busness man rushed out to the corpse who was luckily yelling in agony. All the passengers in the cars cranked their head's back at the scene, while waiting for the light to turn green. I turned The Strokes Of, 'Take it or Leave it' and drove on to the main street, evergreen way. Huge abulence's and fire trucks honked their horns in the opposite lane flying by me, the sun reflectiong off the yellow metal into my tired eyes. I put on the e-brake and manually looked the door then waked to my house. I stepped across the thresh hold entering back into my life, made my way down the carpeted stairs and fed my crying cat. No matter how hard I tryed i couldn't do my math work, the kid was getting hit by the blue car over and over again as I stared out the window looking at the snow deprived moutains.
...I felt like writing it.
Don't take it for granted
