Hey I might be working for Mckinley chalet resort right outside of Denali this summer. I know there is snow in the summer but is it worth bringing a AT setup and ride multiple times?
I sure it's possible to get to ski able terrain but is it safe enough to get to with my level of mountaineer knowledge?(newb level). Or are there safe ski able area that are easy to get to?
Or would I be better not touching it without a guide? Avalanches, bears, Crevasses if figure the worst dangers.
On that note anyone else gonna be skiing in denali this summer?

Actually It would of been really easy seeing how ended up working for a Helicopter Flight-seeing company here in Denali park area. I would of killed my self on one of the massive crevasses though. Maybe next year.

I'm gonna be up there again this summer but last week I hurt my mcl. There's gonna be no way that I can ski this summer. Considering spending this coming winter in Girdwood. Also have some rough plans of skiing part of Mnt Denali next winter.
