jesus! i post up a thread with a vid of the new rail section (incase someone nearby happens to see it and come up), and some goon gives a stupid comment like that
No just saying they shouldn't call themselves montana since they're not the real montana. Would the real montana please stand up (Are you able to stand yet daph? Your state is counting on you)
You're a fucking dip shit. A) im from montana and i dont give a shit this snowpark is called crans-montana B) its a fucking name of a snow park, montana isn't the only place named fucking montana, seeing as its Europe, they probably had the name "montana" first. I mean fuck dude montana comes from the word montaña which means "mountains" in spanish.
That's not what I'm saying nor is it the point. Is a fucking name of a mountain its not like they're claiming to be anything associated with the state Montana, most people that ski there probably don't even know where Montana is let alone know its a state in the USA. Fucking ignorant Americans
Crans Montana is in Switzerland east of Verbier and West of Zermatt & Saas Fee, its the sunniest resort in Switzerland as nearly all the slopes are South Facing. Not a freeride resort, a park resort with many trees, cliffs and ridges for those rare pow days. Plus the racing community is pretty popular too
Why couldn't they think of their own name. They also put their little "twist" on it which sucks. It's like asap rocky treying to be asap rock. It's not creative and their attempt at a cute twist blows.
Just call in montana if you're trying to emulate it. Not need to try and make it your own and do such a terrible job of it.
Completely different? It's obvious rocky ripped off aesop rock. Even if it's spelled slightly differently I mean asap rocky, aesop rock, don't try and tell me it was an original idea.
Asap Rocky was given that nickname by his friends and it's acronym for "always strive and prosper". Aesop rock (Ian Bavitz) received his name when he was playing a role in a film when he played the character, "Aesop", then later added "rock" for a stage name. So yeah... completely different, much like Montana and New Crans Montana.
