Olympia Washington, Wet Dry Ramp Jib Park - Coming soon!

Are you interested in possibly skiing all year long with out having to drive down to Mt. Hood or spending a fortune!
Well its about to happen, its my dream to build the very first ever wet dry ramp park in Washington State! It would have at least 3 different runs of jibs, two rope tows to get you from the bottom to the top, Food and Drinks, and it would only coast you a small fee to ride all day. It would be like any other east coast resort just no snow! It may seem a little dumb to try and build something like that in the PNW but why not!
I want skiing and snowboarding to be more accessible, and less expensive to ride each day. I want to be able to live my every day life but still be able to ski a couple hours each day, and with a Local Jib park we can make it possible. It would be almost like a skate park but for snowboarders and skiers!
I have the know how and the perfect property to build it on i even one run already set up, but there is just one question i have to ask... IF I BUILD IT WOULD THEY COME?

Sounds like a cool idea. I would probably go a few times during the summer.

I'd head down there for sure and I'm sure that you could get a good crowd any day as long as you design a quality park

Olympia??? Demographics would be better in the greater Seattle area, but obviously Olympia is cheaper, but what is the ski population down there?

Its the PNW there are skiers all over the place from Canada all the way down to Cali and as far over as Montana! I am not saying people would travel that far just for a wet dry ramp but they could! all i know is there is a lot of company's base out of Washington so i know there is a lot of potential!
what you guys like to see as far a features?

Maybe... I feel like the community in the immediate area is way too small to support it. I was the only park rider at Oly the entire four years, and the other high schools weren't much better. Maybe if you partnered with Alpine X and had a non-park slope, too.
Problem I see is that if you do a small setup like Whaleback, you won't attract anyone except locals, and there aren't very many last I knew. I was the only park rider at Oly the entire four years.
But if you build a legit hill like you seem to be proposing, I'm still not sure that the increase in visits from Seattle would be enough to pay for it. It's a super cool idea, and would sorta make me want to move back, but...
Who is this BTW? Is this Connor sitting around with a broken neck dreaming about skiing?

I agree with the other people saying it would probably do better near Seatte...Either way I think it would be sick cause Washington doesn't really have anything like that. (Not that I know of at least)

Yes i agree it would do better in Seattle or Bellingham but i don't have property to build on for free up in those areas!
Yes... there isn't that many park skiers in Washington but there can be they just need to get the idea sparked in there head! and there are a lot in Seattle Tacoma area and a short drive down to oly in the middle of the summer would be an easy stop even if it was for a couple of hour on their way down to hood!
It would be like a skate park where beginners to pro 's would be able to ride together and we would have multiple runs where we could suit every type of rider!
I manly want a place where i could practice and hopefully a few others would come to feed off of and have more of a jam!
The money wont be the issue, it's the insurance that would most likely be the problem!

If I lived in your area or if I was around there at some point in the summer I would defiantly stop by to shred some rails.

Sounds like you've figured out how to finance it, get it approved, researched your potential market, and taken into account the high expenses that come with keeping skiers on the hill.
Damn I hate being a realist sometimes.
