Replying to Problem installing new graphics card (first time)

.qzyxya:
I need help on this ASAP.

So to start off I have a new graphics card, a gtx 660 ti. According to a bunch of threads I've read you have to first uninstall the old graphics drivers and then put the card in and then install the new ones. However I'm having a problem (or what looks like a problem).

Anyways I went to device manager, uninstalled the ati graphics adapter driver (old card was an amd card), and then downloaded drive sweeper, a program recommended by a bunch of people. I chose to uninstall the ati graphics thing there too. It asked me to reboot so I did, but when it booted up again it came up with a command prompt screen titled "C:\windows\System32\cmd.exe" D:

"c:\program files\ATI Technologies\"and then has what looks like a X with a circle around it
Then it says "Are you sure (Y/N)?" What does this mean?

Did I accidentally delete something I shouldn't have? Is it asking me to delete the whole ati thing? I'm afraid I did something horribly wrong....

Haven't clicked anything yet. Does anyone know what I should do? This is scaring the shit out of me.

HELP ASAP PLEASE
