So I was doing little 180s on a roller line and I over rotated and landed on my pole and snapped one of the bones in my Arm. Ill probably get a cast all the way up my arm, it's to swollen to cast just yet. But is it better to ski without poles or what?
Without sounding like a dick but if you overrated a 180 over a tiny roller and ended up breaking yourself I think you may want to stick to just skiing groomers...
Well, the roller had been hit by hundreds of gapers so there was kinda a little lip on it. So I just popped, and when I was expecting to just do a 180 I did a 270. And when you land on polished ice it tends to screw you up. I'm fine in the park, I was throwing down on a 40 foot booter all day until this happened
We all get owned at some point. Like the other day I was just riding switch after hitting a rail and went to turn around, boom caught an edge and got some insane thumb bang.
I'd said just go pole-less and take it light, maybe do some filming.
I never said that it mattered, but apparently there is this "karma" system on NS where you downrate people who make stupid posts, thus the reason I gave you a 0/10 at some point. Problem?
Dude. Bamboo is like the hardest wood there is. Almost all of your bones will break before that does, just try it no poles like everyone else is saying
