Living in Michigan I have Tim hortons, although the closest one is in sault saint marie. Still nice though when I go home :)

ohh yeah, strictly "one per person" especially with them crazy indian bosses. and one main rules of timhortans is nothing can be taken out of the store by an employee , otherwise you will get fired.

This makes me not like you. Tim's is on a whole nother level when it comes to hot chocolate. I've been pressed to find a place that beats them out. Their coffee is good but I'm an occasional coffee drinker and have no major preferences...

And I'm 0/0... I'll be dropping by for a play soon.

Who says I don't know anything about coffee? I've actually put time into learning proper ways of making a good cup of coffee.
And not all expensive coffee is good coffee, just the same as all cheap coffee is crap.
Sure, I pay $10-$14 for a bag of coffee (Kicking Horse); and I like a strong, dark, and black coffee over anything else. Doesn't mean it has to be expensive.
I had a cup of coffee from A&W this morning since I didn't have time to make my own, then poured it out for a much better cup from the student store on campus.

It's like beer. Tim's is the cheap domestic beer of Canada. I can drink it when you really need the fix, and nothing else is around, but I usually feel pretty bad after.
McDonalds is the Keith's of coffee, it tastes a little better, but still cheap.
And just like beer, I'd way rather pay that little extra for something that I can enjoy.

Also, when I say I'm a pretentious douche, I'm making fun of myself. I'm the same way for beer, and I'm the same way for the food I eat.

I bought my friends a couple coffees and the deal was if they won anything i got it. i've only drank 3 of them. and its been on for close to a week now so 3 coffee's in a week isn't even that bad. And i have a Tim's closer to my house than i do a McDonald's
