Replying to Help! Roccat Keyboard not Working (Driver Issue)

I have a Roccat Isku gaming keyboard that I have had for a while, but it does not work on my computer.
The lights work fine when I plug it in, but the keys do not work.
The driver is downloaded, but under "Device Manager" in Windows, the keyboard is under "Unknown Devices" and says that it does not have a driver installed.
I have tried everything I know of (and I am computer savvy).
When I plug it into my xbox, it works fine.
I have emailed them and they said that my Anti-Virus might be blocking the driver, so I excluded it from my anti-virus, but it still does not work. Also, the driver opens up, so I do not think that that is the issue.
I have tried anything and I now have no other option but asking NS.

Please help me! I have been using a back up keyboard for some while now and I really want this to work.
I am on a laptop also.
