Oak Mtn Rail Jam, March 9th

New park this season and a few new rails to start us off. In the middle of building 7 new rails right now. We have a pair of Line skis, a Burton snowboard and some other goodies to give away as well as CA$H money for the open classes.

Two 14' flat rails and a 23' flat.

Located in Speculator NY,  up in the ADK region north west of Albany.


It's a brand new park from scratch this year so even if you can't make, check out that page every once in a while. We're going to keep building new features and trying to make the park better.

Ah whatever. Might as well toss these down in this thread. This is what we've been building. Going to take the other  23' flat rail that's in the snow and cut the legs off it/add new ones and skirting as well.

Adding a little length on some of them. Added 3 feet to the flat rail, adding 4' to the flat down, and adding 2' to the down flat.


14' flat

23' flat
24' a-frame (12'x12')
26' down flat (20'x6')
30' flat down (10'x20')
30' dfd (12'x'6'x12')


Also that's not an actual planned contest settup. I just wanted to get similar rails side by side so I could get them into 2 pictures.

^ The plan for the contest as it sits right now. Might drop a rail out of the setup if it's way to cluttered. Just trying to showcase the new rails we've built. Based on the snow that's left that's the setup I'm planning. It should be a good time.
