So I have an oppurtunity to get my hands on a pair of bomb squads for free, and while you may be thinking they're free why is this a question, keep in mind I'll have to remount them with my barons then buy new skins so it is still a bit of an investment.
My biggest concern is how playful/jibby they are. The dimensions are pretty close to symmetrical, but there is no tail rocker. I'm not landing switch in pow too much but it is something I like to do once in a while and I'd want a ski that can handle pretty big switch landings and turns in pow.
So if anybody has ridden these or knows someone who has been on em and can give some insight on the overall playfulness and jibby capabilities of the bomb squad, that would be much appreciated
And for what its worth, I ski mainly in the PNW, I enjoy butters and spins in pow, pillows, cliffs, spines, and long walks under the moonlight. Skis have benn drilled twice including the current bindings that are on there.
