Halfpipe

I've never really skied a lot of halfpipe considering my home mountian doesn't have one. But I'm up at blue for the weekend which does. Any tips to start doing so tricks in it? K++

They're scary as balls. Pop like you mean it, try tricks near the end of the pipe to get confidence. Popping 360s are pretty fun if you're decent at riding switch.

Don't pop too hard off the wall though or you will end up face planting to the bottom.

Same problem, as soon as you get 10 feet up the wall is all ice from there

I really like halfpipe but at this piont all i can do is air and do reall small threes still fun to ride though

Tips for pipe:

-it's fucking terrifying
-usually icey as hell (great excuse for never hitting it though!)
-don't fall

Switch tail butter 360's are the funnest thing to do on half pipes.

The sharper your edges, the better for pipe, unfortunetly, it is shittier for rails.
