This account represents the company. Thus every statement made by it directly reflects upon Saga. When a brand tarnishes its reputation there are repercussions, such as boycotts for instance. So yes, the comments made in that thread are directly related to the business you conduct. I don't see how it wouldn't be.

I dont think thats what he means. He's saying that the thread wasnt the reason for the sale, that the sale would have happened anyways.

Oh, i didnt get to get either hoodie. The store wouldnt work, and i kept getting that error. So i was pretty bummed.

not denying anything we say under this account. but this sale is in no way a response to anything in any thread. this is just a sale we decided to have as part of our friday sales. it was decided weeks ago. long before any backlash to our comments on this site.
