I know Evo is one of the largest online ski shops in the U.S. but are they trustworthy and good customer service? Thinking about getting some K2 Recoils

You don't become one of the biggest without being trustworthy. Haven't had to deal with their CS bux I assume they know how to handle their shit.

probably one of the best, if not THE best online ski retailer out there.
just real easy to deal with, though I think Backcountry's warranty and return policy is a little better. can't confirm though

evo is definately a quality company with great customer service.  I've bought a lot of my ski gear there in the past few years and shipping is always fast and I haven't had any problems.  I'd definately recommend buying from them

I got 2 pairs of skis there and boots as well and everything was awesome. They definitely have their stuff under control.

I prefer backcountry.com only because their shipping is faster. But evo has more shit in their stock. They are the two best online retailers I'd say

Best shop out! There online services are wonderful and I personally know a lot of the employees that make that place run! All are super cool people! They will treat ya right!

Evo, Skis.com, and Backcountry are all real legit.

Getboards gets shit to you on time, but they're slow as fuck, and half the shit you buy will be out of stock. Their website sucks.

not only are they a really good quality shop, they often have a lot of sales and deals. I just got some k2 obsethed's 2011 for 60% in their outlet. awesome skis for really cheap.

I once had a pair of dynas delam and evo sent me a new pair of more expensive rossis in return. legit.
